World Teachers Day
This Friday we celebrate World Teachers Day. This is a chance for us to say a huge thank you to Andrea, Erin, Charlotte, Steph, Tamsyn, Jane, Sarah, Susanna and Karen who chose to spend four years at university studying to become someone who can truly change the world! Teaching is a wonderful, exhausting, all-encompassing role - it fills our days and nights and weekends and is not just a job but a calling. We are so lucky at Depot Hill to have truly exceptional teaching staff who really do make a difference in children's lives.
This Friday we will have a parade from 9.00-9.30am in the library to celebrate our amazing teaching staff. Student will have the opportunity to thank their teachers for all that they do and I would encourage parents to take this opportunity to thank their child's classroom teacher for everything they have done for your child this year.
