Staffing
I'd like to welcome the following new staff to Depot Hill State School. Mrs Natalee Forder is joining the teaching team in the Yr 1/2 class and will teach this class every Monday. We have enjoyed having Mrs Forder support the school as a supply teacher and look forward to having her work regularly in our school. Mr Eric Patterson is replacing Lucinda Britton as a teacher aide in the Yr 5/6 classroom. Mr Patterson comes to us from the Allenstown School and brings a wealth of knowledge working with youth in a variety of settings. Mrs Susanna Rodriguez is replacing Mr Miller as the Spanish teacher for the next 5 weeks. Mrs Rodriguez is a native-born Spanish teacher and it will be interesting to have a teacher with such a depth of knowledge about the subject matter to support our students LOTE learning.
