AusBike Incursion
Next Monday morning, our 2/3 and 4/5/6 classes will take part in an AusBike Learn to Ride program that has been offered to the Yr 2-6 students. An AusCycling Coach will come to the school to facilitate a session for both classes. Students are welcome to bring their own bikes and helmets to use during the sessions. A very exciting part of the programme is that our school will get to keep the 12 bikes and helmets which are being brought to use at the school. We are planning to store the bikes in the shipping container and I am hoping that we will be able to set up bike riding as part of our structured play at lunchtimes.
